Rooted by my upbringing in Las Vegas, this retreat is a return (or welcome) to the desert — a landscape that shaped me and continues to teach resilience, spaciousness, and stillness. With over five years of teaching yoga, I specialize in restorative practices that calm the busy mind and gently regulate the nervous system.

Together we’ll move through Vinyasa flows, Restorative sessions, an immersive Sound Bath, and Yoga Nidra. Beyond the mat, we’ll explore desert hikes, a guided sauna and cold plunge experience, creative writing and drawing sessions, and a shared cooking gathering.

This retreat offers space for movement, connection to nature, creative play, and intentional rest. Expect quiet mornings, hammock time, embodied expression, and meaningful reflection, a supportive container to ground, explore, connect, and simply be.
